I am the daughter of a psychologist and a nurse who became a psychotherapist and founded her own healing modality (Body Enlightenment). I have been in private practice in San Diego since 1989 while continuing my studies of human potential. I travel semi-regularly to work with clients in Albuquerque, New Mexico, San Francisco Bay area, and Vancouver, WA-Portland OR.

In my practice, I use intuitive arts and natural Qi (Chi) as well as SHEN energy, usually in hands on techniques I and others have developed. I work with folks to help heal physical and emotional pain and accelerate recovery from trauma, surgery, abuse and injuries, focusing on release and re-empowerment. I work frequently and closely with other healing professionals, as a brief number of sessions with me have proven invaluable to other modalities, particularly for chronic pain, and clients in impasse or in the grip of fear and grief who are looking to reduce medication, or prefer not to be medicated.

In addition, I draw from my training as a Rubenfeld Synergist, a Reconnective Healer, Flower Essence practitioner, Rebirther, and facilitator/teacher for Arica Institute, and the Ascended Masters Foundation. I was ordained in the Temple Beautiful by St. Germain in 1993.
